Personality (Behavioral profile)
  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator: INTJ . Independent, original, analytical and determined. Have an exceptional ability to turn theories into solid plans of action. Highly value knowledge, competence, and structure. Driven to derive meaning from their visions. Long-range thinkers. Have very high standards for their performance, and the performance of others. Natural leaders, but will follow if they trust existing leaders.
  • DiSc Profile: Developer Pattern . You tend to be a strong-willed individual, continually seeking new horizons. As a self-reliant, independent thinker, you prefer to find your own solutions. Relatively free of the constraining influence of the group, you are able to bypass convention and often create innovative solutions.
  • Enneagram Type: Achiever. Highly adaptable and changeable. Some walk the world with confidence and unstinting authenticity; others wear a series of public masks, acting the way they think will bring them approval and losing track of their true self. They fear being worthless and strive to be worthwhile.

All three models give a certain view of my personality. Together they paint a pretty accurate picture.
